Oh My Swede Sweets

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Welcome to Oh My Swede Sweets! By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Us

Oh My Swede Sweets is a Georgia-based specialty candy business offering imported Swedish candy, Pick & Mix assortments, and other sweet treats.

2. Products & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, ingredient information, and pricing.

Because our candy is imported and our selections rotate, availability, colors, shapes, and assortment varieties may change.

Our Pick & Mix selections are prepared according to the options described on our website. When a product is unavailable, we may contact you about alternatives or adjust the order with your agreement.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or decline orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or payment concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has entered preparation or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding order changes.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Please refer to our published Refund Policy for full details, including exceptions for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the processing timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates may vary based on carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate before submitting your order.

7. Food Safety & Allergens

Our candy products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Ingredients and formulations vary by manufacturer.

Customers are encouraged to review product ingredient information before purchasing or consuming candy, particularly when allergies or dietary restrictions are involved.

8. Product Storage & Quality

For the best experience, candy should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Exposure to heat or humidity may affect candy texture, appearance, and consistency.

If your order arrives damaged or in an unacceptable condition, please contact us so we can review the issue.

9. Website Use

Customers agree not to use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.

We reserve the right to restrict access or decline transactions involving suspected misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

Our original branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and website content are the property of Oh My Swede Sweets or their respective owners.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oh My Swede Sweets is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
